VMF (Vancouver Mural Fest) is an independent, non-profit arts organization dedicated to artistic and cultural development in Vancouver, creating experiences that connect people through art.
As the Head of Marketing, I was responsible for managing multiple media channels, produced promotional materials for print + digital outlets, and played an integral role in communicating VMF’s values to raise brand awareness.

The VMF Summer Festival is Vancouver’s largest annual celebration of public art, neighbourhood block parties, artist talks, and interactive experiences, transforming the city into a open-air gallery playground for locals and visitors alike.

MOUNT PLEASANT STREET PARTY
The Mount Pleasant Street Party was the epicentre of the VMF Summer festival that transformed the Mount Pleasant neighbourhood into an all-day, open-air celebration of art, music, and community.
Spanning multiple city blocks, this 4-day event showcased live mural paintings, performances, pop-up markets, DJs, food trucks, beer gardens, and interactive art installations.
VMF MURAL TOURS
Led by local expert guides, the VMF Mural Tours offered a behind-the-scenes look at 400+ vibrant large-scale pieces, sharing the stories behind the murals, the artists who created them, and the cultural impact of public art.
THE OFFICIAL VMF APP
By maintaining and enhancing the Official VMF App, we created a seamless, self-guided digital experience for visitors and festival-goers exploring Vancouver’s vibrant public art scene.

Launched in 2021, VMF’s Winter Arts Festival seeks to light up cities during the winter months and connect diverse communities through meaningful art and inclusive experiences that reflect its many stories and cultures.
As Canada’s first-ever augmented reality festival, Winter Arts Fest received critical acclaim including the IDA Award of Excellence.
The festival evolved in Victoria, BC with the addition of new public art, light installations, guided tours, pop-up parties, and daily live entertainment.
